Nah Everton 8k under Kendall second time round & both Sunderland & Newcastle fans disappeared at regular intervals until very recently.

What’s confusing is they say they have 100k waiting list so why didn’t they take up some of those tickets? Personally I’m fed up with the crowd counting especially by the media they should shut the fcuk up.

Nah Everton 8k under Kendall second time round & both Sunderland & Newcastle fans disappeared at regular intervals until very recently.

Some of our crowds in the mid to late 80’s were pretty shocking, the 10-1 being a case in point.

Yeah I know I wasn't at York away but was one of the 20oddK at all the home games at that time.

22-25,000 is a big difference from what the people's club were getting at times.

Since when was a 43,000 attendance "shocking"?

Yeah I know I wasn't at York away but was one of the 20oddK at all the home games at that time.

22-25,000 is a big difference from what the people's club were getting at times.

Not that it particularly matters but we dropped to 16-17k for plenty of games around that time.

When we were a really good side in the 70's, it was pay on the gate, almost buttons to get in and there was fuck all else to do on a Saturday, we were drawing attendances of 40,000
For comparison, Juve's average attendance last season was 39,000 and I bet the standard ticket cost was a hell of a lot less than Spurs were charging
