To be honest I think Spurs, Chelsea, Everton, and Arsenal all get a lot of negative coverage (just like us). Liverpool and the Rags are the media darlings mainly for commercial reasons but also because they have a stranglehold on a lot of the key people who work in the media. It has been like this for decades and it's why proper matchgoing fans of all colours still despise Liverpool and United.So Spurs get some good media coverage as well.

Spurs have indeed been treated with a bit of contempt re Pochettino, but this is because you are coming up against Man Utd. Imagine having Man Utd and now Liverpool as your rivals. City get the most hostile coverage in european football because of the Arab Sheikh ownership. Feeds a political climate hostile to foreign money.So Spurs get some good media coverage as well.

I think David Conn has touched on it a couple of occasions- but probably been scared off. Alisher Usmanov is allegedly the man behind Moshiri. He used to own a big chunk of Arsenal, and now sponsors Everton's training ground. Leicester owned by King Power - allied politically to Thai Junta.
