Is it costing spurs a lot to be in this limbo, renting wembley and other costs?

Don’t believe for one single minute Daniel won’t be offsetting this delay and it’s subsequent costs in the contract.

More to do with the fact that the police / health and safety etc aren't likely to allow the first game to be a night game or a game against Arsenal. And although Spurs would obviously prefer the first game to be the most winnable possible, that preference is equally obviously subordinate to the desire to play the first competitive game there at the earliest opportunity.

A lot of the delays have been Daniel's fault so many contractors have walked of site because he keeps trying to be smart and a lot of the delay is for this reason

I have little doubt that contract will be grey in some key areas and that bugger will be all over it.
