I think it's more likely the contractors have given the bill to Spurs at over £800,000,000 and Levy wants to pay it off a pound a month.

Just a warning to anyone to be careful of booking any tickets or travel for this game.
Been picked for sky so date was confirmed so train tickets bought however whilst we are currently pencilled in as spurs first home game given ongoing delays this is possibly to be moved as well
Playing at Wembley like games before ours are isn't an option as NFL games at Wembley that weekend current talk is of a possible fixture swap with us playing the home game in October.
Nothing definite yet with any of it id just hold off booking anything you cant get a refund on until we hear something more definite

Delays are with safety systems. They will have to have these resolved in the first 10 days of October or you'd have to think any safety exercises and public testing will be unable to go ahead.

I would stand very firm on this one if I was City. We would get the chance to play 4 homes on the bounce in late October/Early November but the counter to that would be that 4 of our last 5 games would be away from home and there would be a whole month between our penultimate and final home fixture of the season
