Spurs (A) | FA Cup | Post Match Thread

I'm sure the fact that he was not expecting to play in the Newcastle match may have played a part in him being a bit off, not that that's an excuse, but all in all this guy has been a gem for us since the day he arrived. His anticipation and reactions on their through ball attempts yesterday was spot on...
When you consider the fact that Ederson is the best in the whole world at what he does, then I think we can consider ourselves privileged to have such a more than capable backup. I was 100% certain we'd lose him last Summer and I'm still amazed we've heard no rumours of offers for him.

Every time the game is mentioned on BBC they add the word ”controversial” to our goal, fucking laughable.

It's pathetic. Goalkeepers are so overprotected now that any contact gets heavily scrutinised. Prior to VAR I don't think the contact between the keeper and Dias would have even been a talking point, there was nothing in it, other than a keeper not being strong enough to deal with a player standing infront of him.

I love the way he takes a slow sip of his brew, then decides to walk away before the last four players have passed him.
:-)
I love Bernie just for that . Showed total contempt for the cocky dipper bastards who didn’t acknowledge any of our players , just strutted out. He has been a total team player since day one and it amazes me how different our Portugese players are compared to a lot of other ones at other clubs

Heard that this morning. Absolutely pathetic once again by BBC United. If that was Liverpool or United it wouldn't have been mentioned.
