After Arsenal losing I cannot understand how we can lose that game. I keep reading there is something wrong at City but what? Pep signed a new contract, we got Haaland, everyone earns loads of money so what is it? Don't tell me there is mutiny because Pep is City's most successful manager & the players love winning right? I can only think maybe some of the players want paying as much as Haaland & it's caused unrest but they need to realise he is a goal machine who is worth it. Anyway that's 4 games lost now and unless we stay unbeaten till the season end that's the title gone. Typical City rears it's ugly head once again. So frustrating.

We can moan but playing against a team with all 11 in an 18yard space in front of their penalty area is hard.

You can try to get on behind but our wingers still need to turn inside.

I do think the players are shit scared of upsetting Pep if they lose the ball.
Absolutely no risk takers playing the ball forward, even when we are chasing a game

We need to start again, back to basics on and off the pitch Ederson the obvious choice in goal, when fit for the majority of games back four, Walker Dias Laporte Ake, the midfield needs to move the ball so much quicker but FFS pick your heads up DM, Rodri, Mahrez KDB Slva Grealish and Haaland upfront give the kid a chance he's making the runs roll him in for gods sake and know he's scored loads but in many games just like today we waste him.
Off the pitch stop tinkering so much Pep please, we need the core of the team to play as much as possible so we can rediscover our rhythm. I still think we are in with a chance and probably still learning how to get the best out of Haaland.

pure shit from start to finish. Probably worst guardiola team in his time here, just lacking in quality to an extreme degree. So many players who drop stinkers every single week. You can tell me it's tactical all you want but at some point the buck stops at a goalkeeper who can't save a shot a target, a CDM that is beaten for pace by every single player in the league, and a winger who couldn't create a chance if their life depended on it. It stops at KDB unable to complete a pass, it stops at akanji not being able to win duals, it stops at bernardo slowing down the play to a snail's pace. it stops at haaland not doing anything to contribute to the game unless a chance is presented to him on a silver plate.

just a depressing bunch of players this season.

Pep like Wenger brought changes to football that were ground breaking and put them both head and shoulders above other managers of their day, However football is not static and opposing teams over a period of time work out how to play against these teams.

Wenger would not change and he was caught and overtaken by other teams, the same is happening with Pep whom will not compromise his style of play and we can see teams now know how to beay us

there is no enjoyment watching this team it’s slow and boring and there is no consistency in team selection, he over thinks and tinkers every fucking game

we won’t win the CL under Pep because he simply won’t let the team go for it

Only one who looked like he really gave a toss out there was Grealish. Massive cracks papered over with Haalands early form but we are so far off anywhere near our usual standards it’s unbelievable
