I would pay for a quality Left back and sell fringe players if needs be. The only potential weakness above could be Rodri, its this year or bust for him.

I actually didn’t think we played as bad as many in here. Spurs just looked ready and we weren’t. No idea why Zinc couldn’t start but we don’t know how they look and feel from training. Jesus should have started for me.

Positive notes. Great atmosphere unfortunately it carried Spurs over the line. Jack looks very good. We desperately need Kane and a world class defensive midfielder IMO.

I thought Grealish had a decent Game.I see him long term taking over Sterling roll and being much more dangerous coming inside.

Once Sterling went off Grealish looked much better with more space.

There isn't that much wrong with us, the Sky isn't falling in.

Half time, no damage done but fucking change it, no sit on his hands and wait for the inevitable. I don’t blame the players, they try their best even when thats shit, no blame the manager. Yes it’s the first game etc but was that really our best available starting eleven? I mean yeah play that lot at home to Norwich but Spurs away? the media hate us so why give them a stick to beat us.
