Spurs (H) Post Match Thread

what i dont agree with (and maybe i misuderstood your initial post) is what others are saying....that ref's are directly instructed to not give decisions to our players.......i disagree with the notion that there is a direct corruption/cheating aimed at us on match days.....

Then explain, succinctly for once, why VAR did not give a clear and obvious penalty?

In 2 games there were 5 reviews,we had 3 of them and 2 goals and 2 pts down and a stonewall not given, what more evidence do you need

I think City can expect to be top of the 'VAR reviews table' because you spend the whole game peppering the opponents 18 yard box creating chances.
Personally I don't think 2 games is enough examples to come to such a conclusion anyway. Take a look around January or the end of the season for a more sensible window of review.

Pukki has scored 4 goals in 2 games but I doubt he will end the season with 76 Premier League goals.

cause the ref(VAR ref) thought it wasnt a penalty...

I did, you did, every other bugger did but whoever it was didnt think it was

So if it isn’t cheating then it is incompetence?
In a multi-billion pound industry the Premier League are happy being ruled by a set of incompetent officials and we just have to go along with it?

yes, i believe at present its incompetance.....humans no matter the money invovled/training given/practise or experience will make mistakes.....

the other part that people need to accept is that two human beings can see the same event completely differently.....

And two can see it the same way and both be wrong, although Oliver didn't see it, did he? Wasn't looking at it, was looking at the corner taker for some reason.

I really don't need another clubs fans to tell me i'm wrong, especially one from the club that just benefited from it,i take into account that we create a lot of chances but that does not explain the pen not given ,being told by swarbrick that they watched it multiple times and gave it as a dive, why wasn't he booked? because it wasn't a dive and they know it,kane, salad, rashford etc it would have ben a pen on one look not multiple times trying to find a reason not to give it,dipers scored 7 ish goals over the 2 games but not one was chalked off but 2 of ours were,1 by mm's and the other that goes against their own rules as he didn't control the ball or create a goalscoring oppurtunity, you will never understand what the officials do to us as you are one of the favoured teams and sir harry can do no wrong, this goes back many seasons including your 4 leg breaking tackles over 2 games that you got away with it's just now they have technology to do it

ive already said i believe Oliver (and the VAR ref) was wrong on the non awarding of a penalty -numerous times.

You make yourself sound like a Liverpool supporting victim unfortunately.
I wasn't telling you that you're wrong - just that a bigger window of review is required for me to draw any conclusions.

Yes, leg breaker tackles and all that which you remember. Remember when Scotty Parker tried to break Marios foot? Nasty git eh?
At least he got the opportunity to score a penalty to win the game after surviving that attack.
