I did watch the Spurs Chelsea game, in fact I watched it twice. A big part of Spurs winning was the fact that Rose and Walker pegged back the chelsea wing backs. Basically we played them at their own game, but because we had better wing backs than they did, they lost much of their attacking impetus. Moses was tormented by Rose for example. Rewatch the game and see how often Rose was fouled by them.

And yes, they are two of the best fullbacks in the world. Can't think of many better leftbacks around than Rose over the past two seasons.

I'm feeling a bit sorry for Bravo. The stick he has had can't have been nice for him. I'd love a victory and a clean sheet.

It's a really strange one, i mean he makes a lot of saves for Chile and i've seen him make good saves for Barca in the league too, but i can count on 1 hand the saves he's made for us. He seems to lack a presence for us, whereas at Barca he was in the attackers face.
 
Need to send these chirpy fuckers back to North London, pointless on Saturday. The wankers were unbearable as usual last season after their win.

Funny how this immense Spurs team has won fuck all and didn't even qualify from a champions league group containing the mighty Monaco,Bayer Leverkusen and CSKA Moscow.

They got absolutely destroyed by Monaco's fullbacks ironically. Walker had a shocker against Leverkusen as well iirc and was pretty appalling for England. But he has been decent in the premier league, so must be one of the best in the world
 
Been a long time since I thought we had no chance or winning any game in the league let alone a home game but regardless of who plays in goal I just can't see us scoring more than we concede in this one. Only hope if Kompany comes back and can play 90 minutes and Spurs get a player sent off before they score.

Think Spurs might even catch Chelsea for the title if they keep their players healthy.
 
Very difficult game, but for some reason a game I think we can get a result.

Sane needs to play for me because against the Arse I thought he was excellent. As others have said Nando should play if fit.
