So, the next clown off the PGMOL production line is Simon Hooper, our referee against Spuds.

Although we had him for the EFL Cup game against Chavski, he's never reffed a Premier League game at The Etihad, only ever reffed us 3 times, all aways.

The low block works against us because we concede too many easy goals. Teams have done this for years now but we always found a way. Now managers must look at the games like Everton and Brentford and just try and replicate it. A bit of pace or a quality striker and we don’t look comfortable. Walker barely offers anything going forward and for the amount of times he gets caught up field I just don't get it.

If he plays on thursday he should be told to monitor the ball in behind to Son and prioritise that all game, not bombing forward/getting caught in midfield when his man is baring down on goal as was the case on multiple occasions on saturday.

Pep partly to blame too as he will be instructing him to attack n drive forward, but there has to be a point where logic is used and we get back to basics.
