Absolutely battered them. Couldn't work out whether we were that good, or Spurs just weren't bothered. we seemed to have put in twice the effort that Spurs did. Great crowd, City fans everywhere. Utd fan I was with reckoned that the organisers must have handed them out.

Combination of both, but it's especially that we were good. The players picked up straight from where they left off against Real Madrid.

Be really disappointed if Foden and Diaz don't get an opportunity this season. Look a lot more solid. Very good performance.

Im very impressed with how much fitter we looked in the Madrid game compared to the united game and then the Spurs game compared to the Madrid game.

Look very very good all round. Ederson is a gem. Bernardo Silva to come in. KDB looks great. Fullbacks with pace ! A few teams will be on the wrong end of 6 or 7 nil this season

A very nice watch. Impressed with the new guys: Ederson some good saves and that was probably the best goal-kick I've seen; Danilo got forward really well and Walker just let me see how great we can be with the new full-backs. We throttled them with pressing, effective passing. Stones a sweet header, Sterling nice run and finish, good to see the youngsters and Diaz getting the 3rd.
