Maybe not. That was the style they perfected in the 1950's and involved fluid movement and players changing position, instead of the standard inflexibility of the time.

Was it not the Hungarian side of the 50's who perfected this?
May have perfected it but Spurs manager Arthur Rowe invented it in the late 1940's/early 1950's.

Of course some of the idiots on here think they're referring to the way they play now.

Jimmy Hogan invented it with the Hungarian MTK team of 1926, then took it to the Austrian 'wunderteam' of the 1930s.

Fascinating book this:

So i was right then.

Cheers Ferenc...:)

Spurs have in fact perfected the Sam Allardyce Bolton/Blackburn technique. Get a big guy and kick it at his head as fast as you can.

The other difference is we have a better football team. Head to head Spurs are the better team. A few changes up front and we can show that next year in the league as well.

We have a better Manager

Dignity, history, ability to fill a stadium

Players actually want to play for our club

we hAve't enough billions

London is a fantastic place to visit and manchester is... Lol.

we are the better football team thats the difference.

Man city is full of so called "lazy" stars all they do is defend with 11 against us behind the ball.

We could have been up 5-0 against man city when we played them this season at HOME. we totally dominated them.

And at man city we went there and played great football while man city played anti football again.

So man city hasnt scored in 4 games against us and has always been dominated by us football wise.

That shows how shit man city are and ROFL.

We have history, we have a proud history we dont have assh0le fans. They piss me offf soooo much.

We also have the best fans in the country, going to Anfield silencing them, no matter where we go you can always here the Spurs fans out singing the home fans. That is what I love. While they turn their back to the pitch. Plus, they all chanted "What the Fing hell is that" to the Lech Poznan fans and then they copy it the next day.

So yes. They are crap we are super duper awesome.

So they have a better manager, better players, their players are more motivated and our players couldn't give a toss.
If that wasn't enough, our players are playing in a half empty stadium in a shithole where no one wants to live.
Despite all this they are so far behind us they can't even smell our farts.

Bitter, deluded and in denial. What a bunch of know nothing fucking muppets.

We told you last year that you were only keeping our champs league place warm for us.

Enjoy the Europa, if you qualify that is.

haaaaaaa haaaa haaa haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You'll always find amusing posts no matter what board. There has been plenty here already and deluded fans everywhere. I could go around every board and paste some crackers.

Most Spurs fans before they reached the top 4 wanted City to do well and help stop the likes of Arsenal and Chelsea's dominance in the top 4.

City will take it to another level next season so good luck to you

I think it's pretty refreshing that Spurs cracked the top 4 and City have now. The big 4 needed shaking up a bit.

The fact that Chelsea had to spend 75m in the January transfer window because of Spurs and City shows that they're worried.

Or we're building our new squad with new quality players, as opposed to, Peter Crouch.

True.

We unfairly target Spuds because they're our rivals for a CL spot.

Brilliant Castiel lad but the lad who posted Spurs have perfected the Fat Sam idea of kicking the ball as fast as possible to a tall guy's head is the top post
