Spurs thread 2020/21

Seriously? Crowing about "VAR, my lord" after the ridiculous calls at our place (the clear Llorente handball in THAT CL game, and the daft handball call on Laporte plus Lamela's rugby tackle on Rodri, both in the Desmond at the start of last season). Unlike you, we haven't forgotten.

Bang on Jim,it was the best part of the weekend !

I couldn’t have put it better myself, J.

Lmfao last year every premier league thread someone shouted karma because we got screwed over. Lo and behold its happening again and we are hearing karma.

How many penalties are the north west teams gonna get this year? 100? ;)

As much as I dislike Spurs, it's ridiculous that they're having to play tonight and Thursday. Shame really, as it could've been a decent game against Chelsea but presumably they'll have to throw it now.

You ever think this may be the problem? Each time you lose you lose badly, heads on the floor feeling sorry for yourselves. The facts are you were awarded a very soft penalty in the first game, all you had to do was score it and play you're normal game from there and you would have won the tie easy. Instead all you focus on is the hard luck story at the end, blame VAR, blame the ref, blame everyone but yourselves. You lost the tie to a far inferior side not because of UEFA or Michael Oliver but because you chose not to play in the first game.
