Spurs will win cock all if we are in the league or not. They'll benefit from us not being in the league if that was ever to happen (it won't), but they would still win absolutely fuck all. I'm basing that on them not having a squad capable, and being devoid of the mentality to win anything rather than then somehow miraculously becoming the best team in the country because one team got a slap on the wrists.

Logic would dictate that you can not retrospectively apply rules. So the test of whether something should be asterisk-ed should be the rules at that time. So it is valid to say that Spurs' glorious 2008 League Cup victory should be asterisk-ed because we admitted breaking the rules by using an unlicensed agent for Defoe's transfer to Portsmouth. Whether we should be retrospectively relegated and the trophy awarded to Chelsea for this breach and whether that punishment would be proportionate and fair is another argument.

I do not know if Blackburn broke the rules at that time so I can not say if you argument is valid.

Other than the doctored Der Spiegel emails there is literally nothing in public circulation to supports these charges, and yet so many have already made their minds up based on absolutely nothing other than the charges themselves.

Ange's record in the Champions League is terrible.
His first season his Celtic side got knocked out in all 3 tournaments and last season they finished bottom of the group.
