Didn't think of that, although I think it's unlikely, as O'Neil has said he's not happy apparently, so they musta just gone with a big bid, if Sturridgen was on his way he woulda been less reluctant and therefore less fustrated,
don't think Sturridge is part of THIS deal IMO.

Exactly what we need in midfield, a player to link from De Jong to Ireland in midfield and he is the perfrect kind of player to get us moving forward!
Unfortunately it doesnt look like Michael Johnson is gonna result in anything does he really? because it would have been nice to see him become this player for us, he started his career so well, its a shame! But Barry well, i'll take him! He's only 28 (i thought he was older than that and was abit sceptical at first!) but 3 years from him and we'll have a good player for us!
Hope it comes off!

Absolutely agree on the 442 call,,, like i said before i'd like to see Vinny at CB.

we was getting a right slating about not being a top 4 side no european footie, and they're saying he is only coming for money(obviously), but were building for the future... he will of been told of possible signings and knows were going t win the lge next year... welcome with open arms gareth.. cant wait to tell the scouse twat at work who told me this morning barry was to sign for the dippers.... hahahahahahah
