For me, as someone else said, he's our Iniesta under Pep. Love the guy's attitude, let's wait and see.
Nasri has all the ability in the world, what he's needed is for a manager to really believe in him, and give him a role that's suited to his talents. He's perfect for a Pep team because he can retain possession and has an eye for the killer pass. I'm expecting big things from him this season.

I'm anticipating this.

Aguero
Nolito Silva KDB
Nasri Gundogan

Missing Fernandinho, arguably our most consistent midfielder. Not sure we are in the hunt for Leroy Sane to bench him either.

Evening assuming Pep ultimately turns to three at the back, like he did more frequently than not in his final year at Bayern, I'm still struggling to find room for Nasri.

I like him, even with his lethargic attitude, but we have way too many midfielders and seem to be endlessly on the look for more (Sane, Kroos, Thiago, etc) and I'm not sure Nasri's ego could handle being a squad player.

Can't see Nasri as a regular starter under Pep. Looks like he's not been properly fit for last 2 seasons - carrying too much timber. Hopefully he can take the opportunities that come his way.

Ok then, in my opinion he hasn't looked properly fit for the last two seasons.
So last season when he looked our best player at the start of the season by a country mile, until he ripped the muscle off his thigh bone, you don't think he was fit?

Was that the start of the season where Silva was motm in the first three games?
