Irrespective of him being in a minority, he is an ex referee and has refereed at the very highest level. Think that's what they call 'credible witness' in court.

People shouldn't be comparing Suarez's incident to Balo's. They are on different levels. One is bigger than the game itself and the other is an incident within the sport no matter how bad it is.

more and more people on youtube are starting to think it was an accident. i've watched it over and over again and hand on heart i didn't think he meant it.

i've even convinced 2 rag mates of mine, who were convinced he'd done it on purpose before hand.

although i cannot think of an incident in this nature which has caused so much debate as to whether he meant it or not. the FArce cannot possibly make a verdict on it. whether you think he did mean it or not you can't honestly say it's straight forward, so you have to give him the benefit of the doubt in my book.

Think there is a big difference between blatant racism and a debatable challenge.

its not a debatable challenge its a red card all day so is lescotts which we have gotten away with, in these circumstances dont listen to city fans or spurs fans but those without a vested interest, nearly everyone i have listened to agrees balotelli kicked out, if someone had done this to silva we would be going ape

if you are all going to stick your head in the sand then dont complain when other fans do it or managers for that sake

In your opinion it's not a debatable challenge, however given the amount of opinion posited on the pages of this forum alone, show it is clearly debatable otherwise surely there would be but one thread with everyone concurring.

suarez liverpool balotelli city its the same thing, some fans defend their own no matter what the circumstance, to think we were laughing at the scousers a few weeks ago

Bit of a difference between calling somebody ****** (or negro, same thing) several times and being villified yet again for a non-existant offence.

it was pretty obvious i was talking about the fans reaction as opposed to the actual incident, non existant offence kind of sums up your inability to make a unbiased judgement

There are plenty of non-City fans who don't think it was deliberate. . He didn't do a Pepe or a Karl Henry. This is difficult to interpret because the players are moving and not in full control of their movement

It was non-existant though and that's without bias. No contact was made as well an no attempt at contact which is why I expect the club to appeal this and get it overturned.

Hang on, I've not said that. I've called you out for saying it's not debatable, when clearly it is. You want a link to rag cafe where the same debate is going on? Admittedly, the majority of posts say he is in the wrong, some disagree. So debate going on elsewhere too.

There is contact from his original standing foot but not from the 'stamp'. That is a bad angle for it but if you look at the direction the stamp came down and what part of his head Parker is holding it is clearly not the 'stamp' which hurt. If Balotelli had caught him with his other foot there probably would've been blood and a huge reaction. You are utterly stupid if you think contact was actually made fom the 'stamping' leg.
