You remember Eastlands/Wastelands when we 1st moved in compared to now? Although with this being in Liverpool, it's going to take an awful lot longer to make any noticeable change.The Everton stadium looks like it's going to be quite nice and I like the idea that it's on the water but fuck me, the surrounding area looks like a right shit hole.

The stadium will be at the end of the Peel Liverpool Waters regeneration that is supposedly transforming the docks from the ground up to the Pier Head with flats, offices and a large park. So it may look very different in a few years depending on how quick the regeneration gets going.
