Why do you think they are, just asking?

It winds me up sometimes to hear that we wouldn't fill a sixty thousand plus stadium, there's only one reason why we wouldn't and that's because money is tight. I've had to stop going to cup matches because I simple can't afford.

When the country gets back on its feet (if it does) and money isn't as tight you'll struggle getting a ticket at city if we carry on competeting for titles.

Lots on Twitter that the club have told some fans group (who I don't know) that they plan to expand the north and south stands to bring the ground capacity to 60k, your thoughts and opinions?

I beleive if City carry on like we have, it will be needed

The cost of expansion does not count towards FFP whereas the income will. Even if we sold an extra 6000 seats per game, that'd bring in an extra £4.5 million per year.

the club sent out emails,thats how i got my invite,i just replied.
and im in 119 section,no way i can afford being corporate.I was lucky it was my day off and i was on the pc when the mail came through.
i thought it was gonna have atleast a 100 fans there.

how do you make a few extra thousand seats look 'awesome'? surely you can't really influence how an extra 12k seats look, as there is only 1 way of getting them in?

If the price of tickets reduces people will go.

Many fans have got out of the habit of going to games.

People rightly or wrongly think football is expensive.

Sadly I think the Financial fair play rules will only force clubs to squeeze as much money out of the fans as they possibly can, Without FFP I think there was a chance ticket prices at a club like city could have been reduced but not now.
