Vertonghen has a lot of potential, but does immediately make City the easy favorite for the title. Lescott seemed to be really picking it up at the end of last season, I would give him a chance to prove he can keep doing so before going in another direction.

Disappointed that Sanchez will not be coming to City, but if Pastore and Nasri sign I will not lose one bit of sleep over it. The right players will be here next season, rest assured of that.
