I've been able to order one ticket, i've received an email that everything is fine, but in my bank account it apeears at pending transactions. Do u know if it takes some time? or it is an error?
Might just take a day or two for the payment to clear. I wouldn't worry - you have your confirmation.

Do the ever efficient supporter services not realise that some of us have never been to Bucahrest and might need to find out where the ticket collection is in relation to their hotel?
Yet again expected to be at their beck and call when we should be wandering the lovely city. Although we may have to do that just to get our tickets.

Ive not received mine but my mate has got a letter from city this morning.
Pick up tickets at the ground between 10am and 9.15pm (game kicks off at 9.45pm).
Not seen it so not sure if there are any other details.
