If you haven't got your letter or email take proof of ID and yor Season card or Cotyzens card with you when picking up your ticket. If you have this ID plus your address matches the one the Club officials have for you then you should be able to pick up your ticket. This was the case for me in Paris.

Also if you tweet City help they may be able to send you an email today but I'm not sure because most of the staff will be in Bucharest.

You should be OK. Just get to the ticket pick up place early so you have more time to explain the situation.
