If hes good enough hes old enough. IIRC Bastian Schweinsteiger made his first start for Bayern in a champions league QF at the Bernabeu and i'm sure there are plenty of other top young players who have made their mark in big games early on in their career.

That would do it for me, too, but I would not be afraid to give Weiss a run out in the second half. I think he would not let us down and just imagine, true wingers left and right!

I'd be worried that in midfield we'd be overrun playing that side. For me De Jong has to come in for Tevez and sit in front of the back four and give Barry a bit more chance to get forward

If the full-backs stay in place in defence, maybe we won't need De Jong, because we'll have a back four instead of a back two.

Just a thought.

To beat Arsenal we need to come close to matching them for possession. that would be unlikely with SWP and either Weiss or Petrov playing as they all tend to give the ball away. De Jong's a must for me.

I really hope he starts even if its at sweeps expense but i think its more likely that well go with ade up top alone and swp and miami either side to hit them on the counter
