Stephen Ireland speaks out

Has he lost his non disclosure payment and decided to sing? Are these twitter feeds real? Does anyone really care what a sacked ex-employee has to say about his previous employer?

Does he owe Dismal Dave some cash?

my take on this (which is very incomplete and I don't have all the pieces of the jigsaw) is that the judgment of our management was that he was in the top 5% of the players for talent, but the bottom 5% of the players for 'mental toughness'; hence he was marginalised, struggled with his form, and was eventually sold as part of our dealings with our friends from last night.

I hope he can move on through this and rebuild himself - whatever 'demons' he may be harbouring.

it doesn't bother me what he says, but the guy has something - even if it's having a hard time 'expressing' itself of late. He didn't win our player of the season for nothing.

personally I'd like nothing better for him to do well wherever he's playing (bar ManUre - if he ever did end up there then all bets are off!) and do some damage to those teams around us; other than this, so what??

The problem is he's yet another unfortunate victim of Dunning-Kruger syndrome.

possibly!

What a load of bollocks. Soul my arse, being shit isn't soul Stevie. This club will always have it's fans and it's soul and that's after pricks like you who have nothing better to say have done one. You joined a weaker team because you weren't good enough! Even that season he came good was purely down to Robinho also putting in a shift and well look what happened to those two.

Anyone remember the "Oh dear, i'm so very worried, Mancini is fcuking up, he's pissing off Ireland and he will end up going to either Rags, Chelsea or Arsenal and really make us suffer" thread?

"Great OP, I'm so very worried about this also. What if he's gone before Mourinho comes?"

I wonder what his forum slut makes of this?

Will he post in this thread?
Indeed, I'll be interested to see how you can defend him as a City fan - anyone with half a brain knows Dismal's just wumming and wumming poorly so he doesn't count. Sadly, he's been nothing but a mouthy gobshite since he left, despite being paid hush money (hope he gets his arse sued from under him), and he's absolutely refused to see that his own overinflated ego is impeding his talent and potential, and these are the words of someone who thought he was worth another season. Mancini was spot on though and I was wrong.

It is very bad wumming yep.

shut the fuck up Steve..you was here you had your chance you blew it..
THE END.
