Stephen Yaxley-Lennon

Hopefully going down for a longer period this time, will the fucknut get longer than a tree chopper or placard waver? Fingers crossed.

Maybe worth finding out the evidence first. Let's see if he was the instigator or defending himself.

90% of this forum blamed the coppers in Manchester Airport until the evidence came out, simply because they were shit scared to point the finger at the attackers at first...and we all know why. Had the real evidence not been put out, most of the people on here would've been happy to let those arseholes walk free and the police lose their jobs.

Personally I don't think he needs much of an excuse to get into a tear up. It does appear he hasn't instigated it but I don't think he would think twice about swinging for someone rather than attempt to take himself out of the situation.

Let's see. People should learn their lesson from the airport incident.... especially a lot of this forum. Too quick to point the finger because you either don't like someone, or you're too scared of being labelled something.

Crowd funder incoming for Our Tommeh

He serves a purpose though, as anyone who supports him is someone to stay clear of

It would be easy to wait for the evidence if we weren't talking about someone who has already served four prison terms. I don't need any charge upholding this time to know he's a ****. And yes, I don't like him. He deserves no good graces.

Unsure how the law works in regards to repeat offences, but longer sentences would be warranted, no? Maybe a legal scholar on here could tell us.

Exactly, very convenient how the first part of the cctv leading up to the alleged assault hasn't been shown. And why has the guy on the floor got a bag on his head, very odd

You make a good point to be fair but then you end up doing the same as what you're criticising others for by saying it does appear that he hasn't instigated it! Maybe you should follow your own advice and wait for the evidence first? Yaxley-Lennon saying "He came at me bruv" doesn't constitute anything like sufficient evidence - that could just be his get out.

What I would say is that the police will have seen a lot more evidence than you or me - to the point that they've arrested him - and I suspect CCTV will have picked the whole incident up.

Anyway, he's entitled to a fair trial just like everybody else

Not quite how the kangaroo court of Bluemoon works mate I’m afraid.

This is rubbish.
No way did ''90% of the forum blame the coppers.''

A fair trial is something he's never really had at times. That time he got arrested outside a trial, sent to court and jailed within hours. Even another judge deemed it essentially wrong and he got released. That certainly shouldn't be happening in the UK

Let's hope the CCTV footage doesn't suddenly go missing or has chunks missing out of it like Epsteins. There's no way it isn't been picked up in St Pancras, so there's no excuse if there isn't a fair trial on this one.

as I say, would it surprise me if he's belted the bloke when he could probably just as easily walked away? Not really. Of course I'm speculating. In my opinion, he's doesn't really seem the type that can just walk away from something and feels it's justified having a scrap if there's any confrontation towards him. Maybe him saying "he came at me" is true, but his version of self defence and "he came at me" may just be whacking somome who confronts him, where as most people's version of self defence is when someone actually attacks them.

It's not exactly his first rodeo is it? - when you consider he is constantly saying the authorities are being used against him, you'd think he would think twice about laying someone out in the middle of St Pancras station, but it doesn't appear he can.

Not sure what incident you're referring to here but I'm guessing it's the one from 2018. He wasn't jailed within hours from what I can see. The incident happened in May 2018 and he didn't get convicted until July 2019. It was for contempt of court. He was live streaming from outside a courthouse while the trial was ongoing, despite there being reporting restrictions in place. Only a complete idiot would do that - even gutter rags like The Sun know the meaning of reporting restrictions - and ironically his stupidity could've led to the trial collapsing.

Edit - there was another, earlier incident in 2017 where he was convicted of the same offence. With that one, there was a mistake with the sentencing so I'm guessing you're referring to that. Either way, he was still guilty of contempt of court on muiltiple occasions and it's on him that the Huddersfield grooming gang trial nearly collapsed. Further edit: There were also issues with the 2018 case and he appealed it. However, fresh charges for contempt of court were eventually brought and that led to his conviction in 2019. That conviction was sound and he served 9 weeks of a 9 month sentence, having already served 69 days prior to that.
