young lad epitomises City for me.
Interesting,how so?
young lad epitomises City for me.
Add into that the sitters he has missed, and the no show at klanfield everytime he has played there, if he could finish we would have won the league at home against the rags41 goals and assists in 48 games since the start of last season. Thats world class end product.
Anyone who thinks he'll struggle to find a club at the top level is kidding themselves. Add in a reduced fee if he runs the contract down or city force a sale and he'll get the wages he wants too.
He's probably not quite worth what he's asking, but take his contributions at key times, throw in his age and home grown status and it's not far off.
Yes if we give it to him others will see what he gets and measure themselves against it. If they deliver goals and assists and last minute winners like he has then they can get it as well, the cost of having a truly world class squad is a massive wage bill.
He apparently earns £170k a week now. KDB is our top earner on around £280k. I’m only going off what I’m reading which may or may not be true. But am probably also basing this on the fact that his agent isn’t necessarily easy to deal with.
Re Sane, last season i thought sterling was better. Having said that, I believe Sané has a higher ceiling. But it isn’t about sane so I shouldn’t have brought him up mate. Hopefully city will get it done.
It’s not as simple as that though is it. Presumably KDB, David Silva and Aguero earn the most money because they are our best players and have done it for a number of years. Sterling had 1 great season. Does he really deserve parity with those 3 players?
