Google Spain v England 18 Nov 2004Can’t see him signing a new contract. I can’t blame him for wanting to fuck off away from the racism he receives from the English press.

I hope David Silva doesn’t read your last paragraphI doubt he would go to Spain due to the criticism he is receiving in England. As in Spain, it is much worse, even Pep says the same.
The racism is also worse there and the fans are unforgiving. Miss a sitter or even a 1v1 chance for Barca or Real and boos will ring the whole stadium. The media would destroy him. Perez is known not to like black players. Essien is the last one Real had and he was only on loan there in 2013. Before that it was Diarra. They’ve had others but have barely played like Adebayor.
I think he’ll sign.
Don’t see him going to Real. Barca will have Messi another few years. Raz is not a #9, and on LW they have Dembele and also Coutinho featuring both of which they have paid £100m+ for. Don’t see him going to PSG in the farmer’s league. Bayern won’t pay his fee or wages. Always said he wants to stay away from London so don’t see him going to Chelsea.
Seems Raz is being fair in not asking to be the best paid. To be honest he deserves to be up there, only Aguero and De Bruyne should be in front of him. He is producing the goods and creates danger every single game. Pay him what he is worth and get the deal signed.
To be honest, I think there's racism everywhere. Some of the racism in Italy is disgusting and there's been a few cases in Spain. I'm not sure that's the reason he'll leave - if in fact he does.
To lose him sends totally the wrong message..... his career, thus far, has been about ambition, regardless of what the bin robbers say. We’re about to go through the next stage of our development, imo, keeping the best player in his position in Europe, at the peak of his career, is a must and all the rumblings are he wants to sign, rightly giving him pay parity with our top stars.... 23/24??? It’s not even up for discussion, he’s getting better each year and causes us no bollocks, regardless of the parasite press trying to stir the pot....
We look for the conventional 25/30 goals a season striker, however he’s evolving how that is perceived, application and work ethic, hands down the player who can be anything he puts his mind to as he has the ability to say ‘fuck you’ to his doubters and keep coming. My fav player over the last 2 years, for me it’s character that sets him apart and I love him ramming down the throats of those who don’t have a scooby of how he plays the game...
I hope David Silva doesn’t read your last paragraph
I disagree that it is racism - always believed that. For me it is simply because he dared to leave the dippers who once upon a time were the best club in the land and are media darlings.I think like most footballers he'd deal comfortably with the brain dead racism that he'd receive on occasion abroad. I'm talking the occasional monkey noise which is sadly common. I don't think that overly affects players.
It's more the systemic racism he receives here
from the press. Certain publications seems determined to bring him down based on little more than him being young, black, rich & determind. I imagine that is what gets him down. I don't see a Spanish paper being arsed about him buying his mum a house or having a Greggs.
I think he'll resign though.
I am sure the club will not pay a penny more than they think is right.
If Stirling pushes too hard he will be leaving.
Before he does that he needs to think very hard about money over trophies.
Maybe even speak to Sanchez over at the swamp.
