High intensity training and playing has its risks but as many say its pointless having players in the treatment table time and time again especially if your planning to go deep in four comps every year.

But 3 players who have had troubled seasons: Aguero, Jovetic and Kompany were all hampered in pre-season. Less total injuries at Chelsea, but also note the lack of muscle injuries. Many of them seem to be impact, which are harder to avoid.
