I agree...I think this signing would be a great plan B after missing on Isco and would give us a player with close to the same skill set...As I think he'll be an attacking midfield player in our system I still think Negredo would still be an option even if Jovetic is signed...These rumours seem to have gone on for a while now...hope we get confirmation of these deals soon..

I think so. He'd be our left sided player in a 4-3-3, much like Isco would have been if we got him.

A left sided attacking midfielder gives us options all over the pitch and allows a central midfield of Silva, Yaya and Fernandinho as plan A. Add Rodwell to the mix, Nasri and Milner and we are very strong in midfield.

I have assumed that Jovetic and Navas will play wide of a central striker.

he's quite good with both feet actually but takes pens with his right so must prefer that one.
