Oakie that's a daft argument. We have a transfer budget. If we overspend on one player it means the money cannot be spent elsewhere.

The argument that's its not our personal money is a strange one.

If we have a budget, then why would we "overspend" on one player?

Any fee would obviously fit within any budget or it wouldn't happen.

Because its about personal opinion as to what a player is worth and where you would rather spend that money. People don't have to agree with City every time.

Either way the argument that it isn't the poster's money is irrelevant.
