I will be impressed if he gets 20 goals in his first season, around 10-15 is what I think he will get.

In the whole season he only scored 13 goals and that's in a club where he is a star. Aguero scored more even though he was injured and Dzeko scored more even though he played much less. Basically, both of them can score double the amount of goals Jovetic can and in half the time. Jovetic has creativity to create and he can finish, but don't expect a ton of goals. Especially if he's not playing as the main striker.

At Fiorentina he doesn't get that great service. Trust me, I watched. Borja is no Silva or Yaya.

A lot of times Jovetic takes it upon himself to knock the ball about and force his team to wake up and play. Here he won't have that problem. The service will be a wet dream for him.

I'd be grateful for clarification on this as I see this signing as highly significant in terms of our attacking situation being strengthened by this signature. As much as I think Samir is a very good player, this guy, on his day, has that special something.

One of the main beneficiaries would be Sergio.

Here's hoping that some ultra positive comes from the reliable nres media in the next 24 hrs.

According to some, he has had his medical in Florence today. There is an obscure video which may show him arriving, I imagine personal terms will have been finalised if medical has taken place.
