Stevan Jovetic

With Balotelli set to leave in a couple of days, Tevez wanting to go back to S. America and Dzeko being inconsistent, we could see a huge over haul of our forward line this summer.

Could look something like this:

Aguero, Cavani, Jovetic, Guidetti.

I happen to really rate Jovetic, and would love that to be our strike force next season, however, I do worry about how such a serious change will effect the form of the strikers.

Who knows what will happen, but I wouldn't say something like this is impossible.

I think he would be a great addition, seen a few things in the press linking him with us and arsenal. I would love to see him in a city shirt!

been thinking the same thing, but that amount of transfer business seems unlikely. And we have greater needs elsewhere. Besides, with a starting partnership of Aguero and Cavani, don't you think Jovetic would grow impatient if he sat on the bench?

Jovetic could easy fit in as an attacking mid so he will still get plenty of games. Guidetti, Cavani and Aguero will be rotated as an out and out Strikers.

The way I see it is for our front four we have 2 striker positions and 2 attacking midfielder positions. If what I said does happen then I suspect Cavani, Aguero, and Guidetti will rotate in the strikers positions, and Jovetic, Nasri, and Silva will rotate the AM positions. Obviously it's not a case of being set in stone but I would imagine it would happen something like that.

Him and Lamela (he fits the bill of us wanting young players, he's also an exceptional player) in the summer would be a dream. 50 million pounds on both of them and hopefully with the sales of dzeko (too incosistent), tevez (he's not the same player), and joleon (with the emergence of nastasic, rekik, garcia, also richards can play as cb too i don't see him playing a big role here esp with txiki and feran) we can cover the 50 million.
Then a starting lineup of _hart, zaba-vinnie-nasty-clichy, milner-yaya-silva-lamela, jovetic-aguero, with jovetic behind aguero. when we play physical teams we can play dzeko and garcia also.I know im getting greedy but that squad would be amazing.

I really feel we need to make a play before the window ends for this bloke. AS MUCH as I feel Cavani and/or Falcao would provide the utmost of quality, Jovetic is probably the most likely, considering Fiorentina are sitting in 6 th and grasping for a Europa league spot.

We need to at least attempt to sign him, as I feel selling Balotelli this late with no plans for a new signing is foolish.
