I don't see us getting Jovetic and Cavani at the same time . Cavani is more of a goal scoring machine but i kind of prefer Jovetic because of his diverse style of play (He can play through the wings , upfront or directly behind the target man ) plus he's a team player . He's transfer evaluation is also more reasonable than that of Cavani . I see Jovetic coming here , Cavani to RM , Falcao to Chelsea.

Agreed, we need a front 4, 3, or 2 who press and put the oppositions defenders under pressure

I think he'll be playing for City next season.

The former Lazio defender feels the Serbia starlet will move on this summer if he is not made to feel important enough at Stadio Artemio Franchi

Goal.com...

I thinks it's because he was born in ex-yugoslavia.
I know they're still wrong but maybe that's why they got confused.
This is a quality reporting by Goal.com's standards

I know but any serious journo should really know what nationality is Jovetic, it's not that he is some anonymous, he is regular Montenegro international. I could find excuse for average Joe but for professional who gets paid to write football news, not really.

Same as Marca and City owner Sulaiman al Something yesterday..

Goodbye to tevez and dzeko
Hello to cavani and jovetic
Any objections to a front line of:
Aguero, cavani, jovetic, guidetti?

Do you really think Cavani and Jovetic will both agree to come here without the promise of first-team football?

"promise", lol this is the real world. you don't get cavani and jovetic because we don't have the ffpr funds long-term for both, not because they weren't "promised" starting every week.

If we lose Dzeko, Tevez, Nasri + Ballotelli, RSC and Bridge. Yes we would free up enough ffp funds

Dzeko and tevez out for 2 more strikers. Rsc and bridge never play. Kolo, Lescott, and Sinclair rarely play, however we will sign a centre back to replace Lescott, and possibly a winger to replace Sinclair. We will probs also sign a dm to replace Barry. So no, we will have a lot of players, but all these players will have some sort of quality, unlike Sinclair.

If some one here got their way we'd need a revolving door at the training ground

Might be cheaper for owners to buy new club, lol

This is the one player we should go all out for in the summer, This lad can play on the wing where we need at times to be a bit more direct, Scored two the other day against Inter Milan and at the age of 23 would be perfect.

Him and aguero could be our strike partnership for years to come.

I like him but would much rather get Falcao

I don't think there's any doubt that falcao is better, but we could probably get jovetic for less than half the price and on much smaller wages leaving more money for elsewhere

Would be great if we could sign Jovetic and Bale and like you said would be much cheaper to try and get Bale

Haha i genuinely didnt see this thread, but think we should go for him without a doubt, cheaper wages than falcao and younger too. plus can play up top, behind a striker and out wide.

Ive not seen enough of him but my soft spots lie with Suarez or Cavani.
