You can't argue Gerrard had been one of the best players in the Premier league but it is very noticeable that he is in decline.

Erm awkward, I was referring to yours. You seem to think that being england captain automatically makes you a good player. He is finished as a top pl player and his set piece delivery is the only attribute that bails him out.
