Still angry

After the first 5 games, I thought we were going to cruise this season. Ultimately we haven't the strength in depth to cope with the Premiership and chimps league. Injury key players, loss of form to previous stalwarts, poor squad planning, and a chronic inability to find and blood youngsters have all contributed.

Frustrated, but not angry, stood at the airport bar heading to a Cimps league semi final, who'd have thought.....

I can't forgive/forget Sundays abysmal performance, kolarov,Delph, Bony, I hope never put on a city shirt again, they are imposters of the highest order, others were awful too,and on Sunday I really hope there isn't a love in for pellegrini and his silly song,I've sang it in the past, but I can't bring myself to show him my support, our record against the top 7 teams this season is at least appalling, that is how I will remember his last season with us.Charming man, maybe, but good riddance....

Its been going for far longer than that I can assure you.Its also been thrown by the Dippers to the Toffees many many years ago.The Rags don`t have the monopoly on the phrase.

It''s a cartoon strip in Rag issue that's where it's from Oakie my rag friends told me about this year's ago when they called me bert so you can't pass it off for anything else..

The rest of the fanzine contains articles about past team exploits, contributions from readers and often comic strips which poke fun at United's rivals such as Manchester City("Bertie Magoo - The Bitter Blue")

I'm certainly not angry at Leicester, it's not their fault we were shit for a lot of games this season.

I think this will be a kick up the arse for us and Pep will make a huge difference, provided we give him the right signings and stop trying to polish turds.

Kolarov, Bony, Fernando, Delph, Navas, Mangala, Otamendi are not title winning standard and it's criminal what we wasted on them. It wasn't helped by having a lethargic, uninspiring manager either.

As long as we can sign Pogba, a world class centre back and a left back, and a winger at the same level as KDB plus a back up striker who'll get us 15-20 goals to help Kun out when injured, we'll win it next season. If we don't sign all of those, we'll struggle again.
You don't want much then?

Rhyming slang how apt.

Listening to the Leicester love in today has had me thinking as to why we have done so poorly. We must have played 16 games more than them, we have had lengthy injuries to our key players at important times, but most of all the squad players have been nowhere near good enough. Age has caught up with Pablo ,Yaya and Demichelis , Delph and Sterling have been disappointing and Kolarov doesn't seem to give a toss. Combined with the manager insisting on chopping and changing the side to keep everyone happy, I am not surprised with some of our performances. Our strongest 11 is still a very good side, let's hope they show it in the remaining games.

We lost the battle for the title in the home games against Leicester and Spurs. We lost overall because the big players didn't turn up for the bigger games as evidenced by our record against the higher placed teams. I disagree that the main reason for our failure is that our squad players have been nowhere good enough. As a collective none of our players have been good enough. Some of our players have been good in patches but all have been inconsistent and none have performed in the big games. We just weren't in it for the long slog. You can blame individual players for mistakes during a match or bemoan a dip in form but for such a talented squad to be so far off the pace over 38 games you have to look at the guy running and planning the campaign.

When you lose a war you don't blame the troops you look at whether they were utilised, trained and deployed effectively. Anyone can lose a battle but this year we lost 10 of them and won none that mattered.

The frustrating thing is that Kollers and Delph turn in a decent game next. Bony has limited use within a team, misses glaring chances, so he is an impostor if he is imitating Di Stefano. Had we played most of the season as we have shown in most of the CL games we wouldn't be going into the last couple of games wondering if we get into the T4.

I don`t care what your friends told you.My home town is unfortunately an overspill town and in the very early 1960`s families from both Liverpool and Manchester came to our then 7000 population town,to seek employment, with new jobs created.
I worked with many many Scousers, good and bad and the Liverpool fans were using this saying Bitter Blues to Evertonians way back in the 1980`s when they won everything.
So please don`t lecture me on the so called Rags having the Trade Mark on this saying. As we well know its not the first time in their long history that they`ve pinchedf other well known sayings, and even a Red Devil.
You`re giving the bastards too much credit for fuck all.
