on what basis do you say that?

hear the noise? don't hear that at COMS at all basically, our away support hardly ever sells out and neither do our home games.

If we went to Blackburn next season away we wouldn't anywhere near that number, and we're a massively bigger club now.

that was basically a final of course we were going to be loud.
as for the coms it has been hard getting the singers together, they are too wide spred to make an impact.

WOW 10 years, me and my cuz got tickets for this in the Jack walker stand. I remeber saying to my cuz, lets keep our heads down as we are in with the blackburn fans. When i sat down the last 5 rows behind us was all blues. Its prob on of the most best games in my 34yrs of supporting city. It still gives me goose pimples. CTID

Brilliant. Joe Royle proper gent and the lads look like a team who actually like each other and the manager

What a buzz that day was! - Will we ever have that hardcore feeling again, thats my concern...Wouldnt have previously have thought twice about it but will we ever again have all the players joining in singing blue moon???

Anyway, proud to be there!!

Great day, we ended up going in to Manchester City Centre afterwards, walking up Peter Street, loads of blues around and all looking upwards, lo and behold, Jeff Whitley had a loudspeaker and was chanting Blue Moon from the first floor balcony at the Midland Hotel, surrounded by the other players.

What a brilliant day that was. One thing I'll always remember is the interview with The Goat in the changing room afterwards, when someone kept on pouring champagne on his head, and it kept on going in his eyes.

Also, what a ball from Kennedy for the first goal, and that run into the arms of Royle when he scorded.
