still raining

They need to bang more shots off tomorrow, they are always difficult for a keeper on a wet greasy pitch, one thing that annoyed me on Wednesday as they prodded and probed within shooting range.

I said that on the matchday thread, but then we won 4-0. So I assume I was wrong.

And then the pundits afterwards said good to see we weren't firing in hopeful shots from every angle and distance unlike Liverpool's desperate performance against Chelsea.

Not a chance even a small one the game will be off.
Drainage is amazing at the ground.
Puddles were forming the other night just inside our half. The goal mouth at the North Stand end was starting to get very messy. People are right to have concerns, it's rained more over the last day than it did before/during the game v Villa. It would be good if the club could tweet some pictures of the pitch.

Think they'll let you in the ground with an umberella?!
At that ground will they fuck. They will still tell us to sit down and be quiet when we win the league.

Not a proper mans umbrella they don't (another example of how stupid English football has become!). You can take one of those girly slide/fold away ones that only cover one half of your head and one shoulder though. You have to hand proper umbrellas in at Reception or they confiscate it from you.

Just started pissing down in Burnage. However, what a great feeling it is when you've only just got back with the dogs!

The heavens have opened in Hyde again.
