The last training video was from Bucharest. And he didn't travel. Last week he said he should be training this week. Hopefully we get some training pics/video from today...so we'll see if he is training. Even if he is....not sure how far he is in terms of fitness. On the bench at most IMO.

Stoke under Hughes are closer to a La Liga side than a typical English side which I think suits us and it will boil down to whether we take our chances. We should create a decent amount of goalscoring opportunities with the way they play especially as they're at home, their fans won't be happy if they just sit back especially so early on in the season. I'm going for plenty of goals, 4-1 to City.

Q whose Stoke`s dangerman A Ex rag looking for his first goal OR anyone who is having a drought in front of goal

Xherdan Shaqiri is a doubt for Stoke's game against Manchester City because of a calf problem.

Marko Arnautovic has overcome a thigh injury, but Jack Butland and Glen Johnson have been ruled out.

It'd be a bonus if Shaqiri was ruled out. He was excellent against us last season.

Am I right in saying this is Pep's big chance to get one over on Sparky for his biggest career loss?

yes, I'm talking about the magic night in Barcelona when we won the Juan Gamper and Dunnie ruined Ibra's career. :-)
