This is the exact team I would play ! possibly swapping Jimmy with Nasri

Definitely swapping Milner and Nasri but aside from it agree.

Nope, Nasri is excellent in the playmaker role, and we shouldn't be going to Stoke with an inferiority complex. We're the defending Champions and it's time to fight for our title, and the best way to do that is by imposing our game on them and letting them worry about what we can do.

100% correct , we dont go to stoke to play them at their game , we are a footballing team , not a hoof it and leg it outfit , leave that to the turtle

Wish we had yaya and wilfried back. :-(
Would have been more confident with:

Hart
Zab
Vinny
Mangala
Clichy
Fernandihno
Milner
Yaya
Silva
Bony
Sergio

For me it should be:

Hart

Zab Kompany Demi Clichy

Dino

Navas Milner Lampard Silva

Kun

Although it will be hard I think we can win 2-0

Haha so how is moving Nasri, an attacking midfielder, to his more obvious position an inferiority complex? Why have him in Fernando's defensive midfield role when Milner clearly slots in there and probably do a better job than fernando.. I think you misread that we were talking about swapping Nasri and Milner's positions on pitch in the suggested lineup.

I think we may see Kolorov and Sagna in this game. Stoke are all about set piece plays and crouch height.

If we play zab, clichy,Fernandinho, Aguero, Silva and Nasri, we are seriously lacking in height.

Agree, though Crouch will win every high ball, regardless, and probably in both boxes as well.

He's no need to worry in his own box with our fucking corners!!!!! ;-)

Mangala must play in this game for me

I think he will. This transfer is looking more stupid with every week he sits on the bench.
