Just been having a look at the oatcakefanzine forum to look at their thoughts on the final... jelous cnuts.

They all seem to have this "Citeh and their arab money are ruining football" attitude.

Re: Stoke Fans - Forum

Can't wait to beat them, really hate stoke they are a city full of inbred scum.
Am looking forward to the charity shield rematch against united .

Re: Stoke Fans - Forum

Take it you mean this:

"How long before the journo's get hold of the obvious differences between the two clubs in the final?

Stoke: owned in the traditional way by a local Stoke-born man. British manager, mainly British (or Irish/West Indian/Scandinavian, which is kind of traditional) players. Emphasises teamwork and the group mentality to overcome any shortcomings in individual talent.

Citeh: owned by Arab money with no real grounding in the British game. 'Fancy Dan' foreign manager who keeps looking over his shoulder should he fail to win a trophy. Petulant group of big money, individually talented mercenaries who don't understand teamwork.

I'm not biased, but it's bloody obvious."

Cant wait till our so called "mercenaries" show them what teamwork is all about.

stoke have done well, considering only a few years ago they struggled to get about 7or 8 thousand gate at victoria, similar side to portsmouth in many ways. stoke`s real fanbase is no better than a than a div 1 top six side.. at best. city(manchester) will snuff em out no probs. hahaha<br /><br />-- Sun Apr 17, 2011 7:13 pm --<br /><br />stoke have done well, considering only a few years ago they struggled to get about 7or 8 thousand gate at victoria, similar side to portsmouth in many ways. stoke`s real fanbase is no better than a than a div 1 top six side.. at best. city(manchester) will snuff em out no probs. hahaha

It'll be another tough game , and another lively afternoon both inside , and outside of the stadium , no doubt !

That was a brilliant win for them over Bolton at this stage of the competition .. and this game provides a repeat of the historical FA Cup game that still holds the british crowd record.

Re: Stoke Fans - Forum

Stokies have a "thing" about Manchester.

Being stuck in a 1970's time-warp, hidden between the two large conurbations of Manchester and Birmingham, they have a city with no distinct local culture, famous for nothing, no style or fashion.

No history in football, no history in music, they live in a region scarred by squalor and motorways... all they are known for is 50 year old baldy fat blokes that still wear Stone Island and Rockports.

They copied the Bananas with Pink Panthers, they copied Blue Moon with Delilah, they copied the Twisted Wheel with The Torch, all their songs are pinched, usually, from the rags, their most bitter rivals, yet one which they most admire.

They hate City and Manchester with a passion. In much the same way as Jordan hates Peter Andre.

They actually really want to be us...

I think Stoke will win. We don't understand how to play against them, and we haven't beaten them since Mancini's first game in charge of us.

They can't play to their full usual style on a wide pitch though. And they just have far inferior players. The odds are stacked in our favour. If we can beat United at Wembley we can beat Stoke there.
