Least he could do after giving him the ball in the first place

So what? Zabaleta gives the ball away too and he wouldnt have caught etherington if it would have been the same situation.
Wasn't the only time he gave the ball away, his passing going forward was abysmal.

You are a nasty person.

nasri was the invisible man today

That's the big mystery with Nasri. Some games he will be near unplayable and look a real world class player and some games its like he isn't even on the pitch at all and goes hiding. I don't know if it's just a confidence thing or something else.

i must be blinded by dislike for mario now. i thought he was poor, got a few tough decisions of the ref, but i never really thought he looked a threat
Run out of patience with Balo long ago, too much promise with not enough end result for me. He's a luxury we can't afford.

Aside from one brilliant effort on the turn , and a poor pass to try and play Silva in , Balotelli struggled ........ we need more from him than this , and i don't doubt that Mancini , yet again , told him so !

Garcia will prove to be an upgrade on Nige IMO and our next cult hero. He is seriously talented and a weapon from set-pieces (as is Nastasic so if we can start taking corners that don't hit the first man or go over everyone's head we might score regularly off them).

Sinclair had some great moments but overall a so-so debut and I think he will improve and we saw glimpses of things he offers that Johnson didn't, a proper winger threat.

Maicon is fun to watch going forward but doesn't look great at the back and that moment where he just gave up when he wasn't given a foul was worrying. Feel he will excel in 3-5-2 but not sure in 4-4-2, maybe Micah and Zaba better for that formation.

By pointing out that Maicon's passing was poor?

Fuckin' hate how Balotelli goes to ground so easy. It's good the 50% when he wins the foul, but the other 50% if he shows some strength he can keep an attack going. Very frustrating.

If Baz is up for it I'd start him and Garcia on Tuesday with Yaya advanced, Silva starting, Nasri on the bench, Tevez with Aguero or Dzeko.

Good point 4 manchester city .Garcia had a good game in midfield maicon was poor as expected and sinclair was good in patches.I know stoke`s goal was handball but we were lucky that kolorov didnt give a penalty at liverpool.

Champagne Charlie said Stoke deserved a draw and had the better of it

Is he for real.

I watched the whole game and agree with him. We shaded the first and them the second.

Put the crack pipe down! How did Stoke have the better of it?

They had no attempts on goal 2nd half..we had 6.

Yep , apart from one late shot he definetely struggled ...... he allowed himself to be outmuscled by Stoke , and never really got into the game.

He's exactly the same when we visit the Emirates , he seems to stand off players , and let the crowd get to him ...... he needs to impose himself more , it's not as if he lacks the talent.

We played better at Stoke today than last season.....still quite pleased with a point. City are still champions, playing at Real on Tuesday, we've got some amazing players... Now, got a nice M&S Hot Chicken Tikka Masala curry and rice for tea with a couple of Sainsburys Chicken Tikka samosa .....life could be a heck of a lot worse (and it has been)
