Unfortunately, when Silva isn't playing, there is no creativity from midfield. Criticise Garcia all we like but we kept a clean sheet again. We had this problem last year, we keep clean sheets but struggle to score away from home.

Also, the partnership between Negredo and Navas is a proven one, both at Sevilla and Spain. Don't understand why MP has started with only one of the two in every game this season?

If it is I would not be suprised.

If so that's an utter fucking disgrace Mancini never won at Stoke in fact we never played well against Stoke with him either.

2 wins 1 draw and a loss against bottom half teams is bad. We need to start gelling quickly before we're off pace by November. Also, our away form needs to step up 3 folds. If we're have trouble away to Cardiff and Stoke, what happens when we meet the Liverpools, Evertons and Swanseas?

At this rate I would be happy with top 4, CL knockout and FA Cup. Of course we're only four games in with many new players and a new system and manager so my words now in a couple months may make me sound like an ass.

Delighted not to have lost, but we need to be much, much better. It's all looking a bit shambolic at the moment and Pellegrini needs to get grips with the task at hand - quickly.

Need to play 3 in the middle. Playing 2 away from home just means you get overrun.

Totally agree. Even at home we will get over run.

This is the main problem that MP has to sort for me.

We spent large parts of that game being overrun in the middle. A better team would have beaten us. Same as today, we could/should have lost by maybe three - nil.

To play as poorly as we did & get a point is a definate bonus. A distinct lack of creativity (which is even more worrying when looking at the bigger picture) and not one clear cut chance all game, while stoke missed 3 sitters.

Arsenal won at Sunderland , Spurs and Rags both won at home ..... once again we come up short ...... can't see Chelsea getting beat at Everton either.

Rags best us next week we are already looking at a 'gap' , and it's not even October !

That was unacceptably poor.

It feels like the players don't know the system, their roles, their shape and their zones.

Under Mancini we all knew they system, the shape, the 'way'. It was almost like deja vu in every game. We knew what Manchester City 'looked like'.

We now look totally unsure of what we're doing. It's all 6s and 7s. There is no identity. There is absolutely fuck all leadership either.

I am also completely unclear as to why we are persisting with a 2 man midfield, especially one that consists of Yaya. It just does not work and we get overrun.

On this showing the scum will tear us a new bumhole.

Cardiff, Hull and Stoke have all overrun us.

There is always fuck all leadership when you give the armband to Yaya.

OK I've had a word with Bobby and he promises not to slag players off like Nasri when they play shiite (again & again & again). He agrees to let the Board control the choice of all the stellar players like those they have recently bought in and he's sorry that the players don't like him not telling them they are effing wonderful every 10 minutes.

Will he turn a blind eye when Joe lets an easy one in,and pretend it didn't happen?
