Someone had to miss out, and Milner doesn't really seem to be in Mancini's plans. Nastasic misses out too, but he's only had 1 training session so that's understandable.

think its more to do with the fact hes had two 90 minutes for england and hes being rested for rm

matter of opinion really, I would say hes good enough to be in the side based on games like the derby
