The "success on limited resources" is a bit of a myth to be honest. Pulis has spent over £20 million every season since we were promoted, and although he's invested some of it well, he's spunked absolutely loads of it down the bog.

When we didn't have any money to spend, in his first spell, the bloke was an absolute genius and built a really strong side on no money whatsoever.
