His record prem appearances over the last 5 seasons is 23. Anything over 20 is a result.
None of those but, to be fair, I was only thinking about players who have been regularly in and out rather than sustained a career ending injury.Paul Lake, Alfie Haaland and Paul Ritchie my 3 guesses
Clearly the best defender, in terms of technique and skill, that we have on our books. He isn't our best defender. He has missed more than half of the available games since he came here. I said it countless times that relying on Stones is a stupid move, people like Marvin was having none of it but here we are again. Added to the fact that when playing he is hardly shining either.
yeah he is if you've got a good memory. Too injury prone. He is

You don't need that good a memory. Go back to the run in in the treble season. Two years ago.yeah he is if you've got a good memory. Too injury prone.
Maybe not the worst but I remember Jovetic always had a note from his Mum. He was out if the wind was blowing in the wrong direction. He’s missed 115 (513 days out injured) games through injury which puts him no higher than 5th on games missed for players who’ve played for City in the PL and no higher than 3rd for City players who’ve only played for City in the PL.
He’s way behind on days missed injured as well, surprisingly enough.
No prizes, but any ideas who the worst City ‘offenders’ are?
I had Jovetic, Kompany, Rodwell and SturridgeKompany, Jovetic, Rodwell, Bojinov
(Sorry for derailing thread a bit I'm a sucker for City trivia)
He was the worst. 1511 days injured, 211 games missed!Maybe not the worst but I remember Jovetic always had a note from his Mum. He was out if the wind was blowing in the wrong direction.
And you’ve just labelled attributes that shouldn’t be the best attributes of a defender. He is a classy footballer. His best season being where he played mostly defensive mid. That sums him up. Love the man and he is a cult hero.He is

Where he didn’t play as a defender during his best football. You don't need that good a memory. Go back to the run in in the treble season. Two years ago.
They're the best attributes for a defender in a team that values possession and dominates games. And you’ve just labelled attributes that shouldn’t be the best attributes of a defender. These figures should have caveat of amount of games available over the players stay at the club.He was the worst. 1511 days injured, 211 games missed!
Kompany was 1419 days injured and 176 games missed.
He wasn't solely in midfield in that run in, though that is what he'll be remembered for in those games.Where he didn’t play as a defender during his best football.
