Our fans will be vocal tonight this banner will not affect the result in any kind of way, thinking otherwise is madness as both sets of players will be fully focused on the game.

It's just puting the spanish rags in their place over the clubs bizarre unsporting behaviour, not turning up to the Ballon d'Or just because Whiny Jr didn't win was a disgrace.

This banner is not only pointing that out out also championing home the obvious, that Rodri was the rightful winner of the Ballon d'Or simple really.

Very far from rag type behaviour it's a reaction to the rag type behaviour or their club and fans as a whole for me, I'm usually all for class but sometimes stuff like this needs to be done and regardless of the result tonight this is the right thing to do.

I wondered how long it would be before the knicker-wetters infiltrated the thread!

I'll be one of the ones dropping the banner tonight. Can those below in SS1 please hold it out for longer than some did for the King Kev banner the other week? For some weird reason, several fans started to push it back after a short period of time even though it was still a good 5 minutes or so before the match kicked off.

Munich 58 on a union jack taken to games singing Spurs are in their way to Belsen, both done by City fans while i've been at matches, yes a differnt time but to pretend we've not done our fair share of it is nonesense.
This is mild compared to back in the day, i'm glad we've eradicated the real horrible banners and chants but football is still tribal and all the better for it, to much of modern life is sanitised

Knicker wetters? Fucking hell. Just because people think it's small time doesn't make them knicker wetters. If you like it then crack on and enjoy yourself, but don't expect everyone to get behind it. It's football, some agree some don't, but no need for that shite.
