How old is she now then?
She was 30 in January.

Ain't Danielle O'hara is it.. if it is then i'll be the most jealous bastard on this forum.. i've always wanted to taste her!
No and no to the above poster. It's nothing to be particularly proud of, he's actually a bit of a loser, but I'd be lying if I said didn't derive some satisfaction from it from time to time. As it happens we were very much in love and she told me a few years ago that what we had she'll never have again. I'm sure she was just being nice, but it was an incredibly intense, loving relationship for a while -the age gap was too much in the end though.

Anyway back to business - I once had Joey Barton (who's not the footballer btw!!) ask me what City fans thought of him!

My sister turned down rag Hucknall
My dad pissed off Ross Kemp by talking to his missus in a pub
My dad had a beer in one of the Whitley brother's house after taxi-ing him home.
Patrick Blondeau's cousin stayed over at my parent's house when he watched him play at the swamp for Sheff Wed.
I nicked a skateboard off the original Nicky Tilsley from Corrie.

I saw him fight outside the Press Club the night that he scored his first goal (at Bolton if memory serves me correctly). He was pissed out of his head and looked like a man posessed.

I was on a flight on the Monday morning and I saw his name on the front of the Mirror. I thought, "no way has that made the papers". When I read the detail, it turned out he had stubbed the cigar in Jamir Tandy's eye the following night.

Fuck knows as I wasn't with you when you got it signed ;-)

But yes they did an album entitled 'A Farewell to Kings' which if your unsure about means you can't really be that bothered so how's about a tenner and a pint or two at the next meet up ;-)

I have a number but they are mainly technical things, so if your not into disabled adaptations and alterations to historic buildings they won't really interest you

I'm interested?!

The other thing I recall about that conversation is just how racist he was.

right after my first admission of shame here we go
sat in steam room with luis figo
pissed of danny wellbeck by showing him a bluff at poker while singing "you sign phil jones"
caught paul schaners carling cup medal v rags (dont ask) when he tossed it into crowd
looked at a bloke in Vegas when he kept calling me at poker and it was christian slater
got sent off for punching gordon strachans son
trained by Clive Wilsons brother Gus for 2 years at City
in the lift with Roy Jones Chris Eubank and George Foreman the night Naseem Hamed got beat by barrera

I Matched Oasis in a small bar/ club in Belfast on a Sunday night in 1994.

Me and my mates spoke with a few of the band that night. I told Liam I was a blue... he replied "fuck off, I don't believe you"!.

Noel was sound though and spent ages chatting to us about City and came over to tell us that Definitely Maybe had went number 1 in the album charts that night.

Before or after what his brother did?

I bet he doesn't tweet that shit.
It was a few months before his brother committed the crime for which he was convicted.

The other thing I would say is that people have been known to comment on his intelligence. I have to temper my comment on this because I've been fortunate enough to encounter a lot of very clever people in the course of my working life -and it certainly wouldn't be fair to compare him to them - but he's of average intelligence at best.

Intelligent, my fucking arse.

He did an interview for BM once. I think it was Blue2112 that interviewed him.

Seemed a nice lad to be fair.

It might take some time, but I am sure I could gather a fair bit of evidence to argue that he's not ;-)

Yes he did give us an interview after I bumped into him and just thought I'd chance my arm. We followed that up with one from Richard Dunne awhile later but strangely by sheer coincidence and totally unconnected a few years later I dismantled an aquarium at Bartons first house and then along with a couple of my partners we installed a beautiful new extremely large aquarium into his house in Newcastle. Met him on a number of occasions and he was always polite, courteous and probably more knowledgeable about keeping fish especially the saltwater marines he has than possibly any other of my customers.

However it's obvious he has his demons and they come out for all to see.

Do you think this guy insulted his Damselfish?
