Out - Would like to see him replaced at the next suitable opportunity by a world class proven manager. I dont think he should be given another transfer window. I just cant get on with his conservative approach to City - perhaps fine for Notlobs and BBurns but not when you have unlimited funds.

the worst reason for keeping hughes.
we have to be patient.
does this mean we should have kept hold of the other managers for longer who had little to spend, pearce, frank the guitar player, billy mc`niell, ?

In.............but my support due to his negative, bordering on 'scared' tactics have wobbled recently.
He's got to realise that the players that he has at his disposal are far superior to what he ever had at Wales or Blackburn and ditch the negative, defensive approach with 2 holding mids. Give the players some credit and let them show their flair and go for it.
Unless he starts moving out of his 'workmanlike' comfort zone he'll never get the players producing what they are truly capable of.
But he's got to have another transfer window and through to the summer at least IMO.
Having said all of that, if we get beat tomorrow........f*ck him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This club has constantly tried to solve its problems by changing the manager - it hasn't worked - time for a new approach. Stability and evolution not constant revolution.
Sack the manager and we are literally back to sqaure one. New manager always means new players, backroom staff etc etc how can you ever 'Build' anything with constant change and 'under new management' signs every 18 months.
This thread has proven that the majority back Hughes and it's a noisy but persistent minority who never seem happy unless they are destabilising everything. One Message, for once in your life 'BACK THE CLUB' !
