This pleading guilty at the first opportunity just reeks of plea bargaining.
I expect his doctor will be wheeled out soon to say that he is an elderly, sick man with a heart condition that oddly only became apparent when he was accused of kiddie fiddling, and how he is an active member of the Rotary Club, and a pillar of the community, and has an unblemished criminal record, other than groping the odd nine year old girl here and there, and that a custodial sentence would not be in the public interest.
I hope I am wrong, but I very much doubt he will ever see the inside of a prison cell.

He hasn't pleaded guilty at the first opportunity. The first opportunity is when interviewed by the police. It's not when you get to Crown Court. Even then he could have entered a guilty plea at the Magistrates court and it would appear he didn't then either. So he won't that much off his sentence.

He'll probably go to Kirkham.

Is it just a coincidence that he pleads guilty the day after Roache is arrested?

Plea bargain with evidence of others gets him a reduced sentence perhaps.

Hopefully or some vigilante can do the decent thing and put him out of his misery... If he got his kicks out on my daughter I would quite happily crucify the scummy bastard!

Vigilante justice is not justice, like it or not he will be sentenced by a court of law

It would be if it was my child he was fiddling with.... only my opinion

Ducado's mistake here is to assume man made laws mean anything to a man who's daughter had been abused.
Who say's this Ducado a court of law made by fallible man ?

My definition of justice must be different possibly to that of others.

I do not recognise half the laws in this country myself and i didn't subscribe to them.
If a father killed a pedo for messing with their kid i would shake his hand.

Fucker, he will die in jail

At 83, he would be crazy not to take care of it himself before he ever gets there.

Hard to correlate the news with the man we all grew up with. Sad.

If you recognise the law or not it makes no difference you are still party to it, I don't like or agree with mob violence most often they target innocent people, and I am a Father myself
