I've listened again and sure I can hear whoever it is saying "STUPENDOUS to be sure" (I'm Irish catholic descent so allowed to make that stereotype!)

It is Tyler,
The voice doesn't change.

"Two goals in added time from Manchester City to snatch the title away from manchester utd STUPENDOUS!"

and Quinn's followup was equally memorable:

"The greatest moment I've seen in Premier League football. Unbelievable!
I'm lost for words. It's absolutely incredible.

They believed. ..Balotelli did his bit. Managed to get the ball...
lovely tricky play by Aguero... and then the strike.. aaarrr...absolutely fantastic.

This is history being written. Amazing!"

It is 100% Tyler. You can tell Quinns voice a mile off in comparison to Tylers. He says it so quickly after finishing his sentence that it can't have been Quinn.

Quinn because when he is THAT excited his voice obviously changes into some almost squeaky irish tone, he doesnt sound like Niall Quinn at that moment.
